Joy Division Mesh

A full grid of points is displaced vertically by simplex noise modulated through horizontal and vertical bell-curve envelopes, then connected via mesh-lines to form both horizontal and vertical segments. The result is a topographic wireframe terrain where displacement concentrates in the center and fades to flat at the edges. Unlike the original Joy Division pattern which uses isolated wave polylines, this variant creates a connected mesh grid producing a 3D terrain aesthetic.
